Welcome to Skypak Express. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
- We provide international courier, cargo, and logistics services to over 200 countries.
- All shipments are subject to customs regulations and local laws.
- We offer real-time tracking and customer support for all shipments.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
- Do not ship prohibited or illegal items.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Claims
Any claim must be submitted in writing by the Shipper or Client to the Skypak Express office where the shipment was accepted, within seven (7) days of the date of acceptance.
No claim may be made against Skypak Express outside of this time limit. Claims for loss or damage will not be entertained until all transportation charges have been fully paid. The amount of any claim may not be deducted from any transportation charges owed to Skypak Express.
Skypak Express does not maintain shipment records for more than 30 days. Therefore, we will be unable to refer to or produce any records if notified after the expiry of the seven-day period from the date of shipment.
Insurance
It is mandatory for the Shipper to arrange insurance for all shipments, either through Skypak Express or an external insurance company.
Our liability for loss, pilferage, damage, or delay of shipments is limited to US$ 100 per consignment (as per Courier Policy). No claim exceeding this amount will be entertained by Skypak Express.
Shipments with undeclared or misdeclared values shall be accepted for carriage and delivery at the "Shipper's Risk Alone."

Formula: Length x Height x Width / 5000
